Corrections get answered first. This site is built on published specifications, which means when it is wrong, it is verifiably wrong - and that is worse than being vague. If you can point at where the correct figure is published, it usually takes minutes to fix rather than hours.
What is most useful to tell us
- A price that does not match reality. Our prices come from a daily automated check, and an automated check can be wrong. Tell us which product and what you actually saw.
- A link that goes to the wrong product. The worst possible failure on a site like this one, and the one we most want reported.
- A specification we got wrong. Include where the correct figure is published, if you can - the manufacturer's own listing or manual is ideal.
- A machine we have missed. Especially one that is in stock, under $300, and publishes a real specification. That is exactly the kind of thing an automated availability check does not surface.
- A page that is out of date. If a pick has gone out of stock or a guide is describing a market that has moved on, we would rather hear it than not.
What we cannot help with
Warranty, returns and repairs. We are a publisher, not a retailer and not a manufacturer. We have never sold anybody a robot vacuum and cannot process a return or a warranty claim. Go to whoever you bought it from, or to the manufacturer.
Diagnosing a specific fault with your machine. We have not handled these machines, so we have nothing useful to add beyond what the manufacturer's support line can tell you. The troubleshooting guide covers the eight problems that account for most complaints, and if it is not one of those, the manufacturer is the right call.

Only in general terms. We have not handled these machines, so beyond the troubleshooting guide on this site we have nothing to add that the manufacturer's support line cannot tell you better.
